The story: The book Forty Questions mentions a story about a fish called Lutia and the Divine Throne. The stories in the book are based on stories from an old Ottoman source, very likely Kitab-i hikayat i qirqsu’al, a book well-known for centuries which still enjoys great popularity in Turkish speaking lands.
