Everything You Need to Know About the Miracles of Honey
Honey is a sweet liquid made by bees using the nectar from flowers. It is graded by colour, with the clear, golden amber honey often fetching a higher retail price than the darker varieties.

Honey in Quran
What the Quran had to say about the bees and honey some 1,400 years ago is astounding!
Honey is mentioned two times in the Quran, the honey that we use is described in the Quran as a part of the bees' products while the honey that we have not yet used is described in the Quran as the PURE honey that is present in the paradise. The Quran (chapter 16 Surah An- Nahl) describes the process of its formation by bees and the medical values of it and of the other bees' products:
"And your Lord revealed the FEMALE Honeybee; build homes in mountains, and trees, and in the hives people built for you.” (Verses 68-69)
Today, modern science has confirmed that the bees we see out there doing their thing are actually females and return to the nest and answer to a Queen!
It took the last 300 or so years for modern science and all her advancements to figure this out!
Chapter 16 of the Quran (Koran): “And your Lord inspired the bee: “Set up hives in the mountains, and in the trees, and in what they construct.” (Verse 69). “Then eat of all the fruits, and go along the pathways of your Lord, with precision. From their bellies emerges a fluid of diverse colours, containing healing for the people. Surely in this is a sign for people who reflect” (Verse 70).
It follows that the Quran tells us about the healing effects and the medical values of the Bees products that include the Honey.
In the Holy Quran Honey is also mentioned in Surah Muhammed (47:15), as a gift to the righteous which believe in Allah.
"(Here is) a Parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised: in it are rivers of water incorruptible; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine, a joy to those who drink; and rivers of honey pure and clear”.
Honey in the Hadith:
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: A man came to the Prophet and said, “My brother has some abdominal trouble.” The Prophet said to him “Let him drink honey.” The man came for the second time and the Prophet said to him, ‘Let him drink honey.” He came for the third time and the Prophet said, “Let him drink honey.” He returned again and said, “I have done that ‘ The Prophet then said, “Allah has said the truth, but your brother’s abdomen has told a lie. Let him drink honey.” So he made him drink honey and he was cured. (Bukhari)
